Returns and Refunds

The customer is only entitled to a refund in form of gift voucher if the product(s) that are returned are in the same condition (unused with unopened package).

 

How to return a product:

    1. Items collected from the showroom, must be returned packed and sealed in the original box unused.
    2. Items delivered through our delivery team, shall be scheduled for an inspection & return.

 

Refund Process

Refunds will be provided in a form of credit note/Gift voucher within 48 hours from the purchase date . Credit notes/Gift Vouchers to be used within 6 months from the issue date.
