How can I avail the Easy Payment plan for in-store and online purchases?
You can avail the Easy Payment plan in just a few steps. First make the purchase. Then contact your bank to convert the amount paid to the Easy Payment plan.
What is the cancellation policy for orders placed online?
You can cancel the order within 24 hours by emailing our Customer Delight Centre at customersupport@proshop.ae, and we will return the paid amount to your card within 7 working days.
Do Your Prices Include VAT?
Yes, as per UAE law a 5% VAT is already included in our displayed prices.
